#62 Uber-uploader code causes errors with progress bar

The code in uber-uploader causes an error every time a
file is uploaded in the upload.cgi file. It calls for
SIG{} which returns an error everytime.

Uber-uploader has version 2.0 released. It mentioned a
replacement of SIG{} with END{}. This may have fixed the
problem. But it will take a bit of work to re-port the
uploader into File Manage. I will likely put in the update
at 0.9.9 or 1.0.

uber-uploader 2.0 did not fix the problem.
Postponing this bug until a solution may be found.
