#2 Charts not working

NetCharts really isn't a good option: too slow to
download, and it's a demo version.

We need to either rip out the charts altogether or
find a snappy replacement (I have a simple bar chart
widget we could and extend to do line & pie charting -
it's small and fast but really minimal).

I put the minimalistic bar chart in one place (weekly team
stats I think). We could spruce that up some or just
abandon charts, but I kind of like charts myself.
