    Looks like this project was started and abandoned. No way to build the backend database as far as I can see or tell. Not true asp.net as the pages are just wrappers for VBScript. Perhaps this originally was a classic asp application and they tried using the migration tool. This could have great potential had they posted all pertinent information and database scripts.
