modrip.c

- minor changes
- fixed a few level 3 warnings
- handling of save requests in the module ripper changed a bit, has been simplified
- introduced custom file extension ".amod" for "Amiga Module"s; all files are saved
with that extension that can then be associated e.g. with DeliTracker
- fixed a bug in modripChipDump (it tried to run ProWizard even when saving the dump
was cancelled)

- modripSaveMem() has been made available externally

- minor changes, fixed a few level 3 warnings
- modripGuiSaveRequest() heavily modified to carry more logic and remember the last
used module save dir

- iniSetLastUsedModDir() and iniSetLastUsedModDir() implemented
- iniSaveOptions() now saves that directory as "last_used_mod_dir" white iniSetOption
loads it

- fixed wguiSaveFile(), it now allows suggesting a filename and does no longer change
the logfile and winfellow.ini path to be stored in the last directory chosen
(happens if you don't set the OFN_NOCHANGEDIR flag)
- wguiSaveConfigurationFileAs() modified to correctly initialize the filename field
before calling wguiSaveFile()

- volume name is now generated automatically from selected folder name
