- reactivated the folder selection button for the filesystem add dialog
- volume name is now generated automatically from selected folder name
wgui.c
- modified wguiSelectDirectory() to show a directory selection box (it was
a file open dialog); I used SHBrowseForFolder which is defined in shell32.lib
