You really need to either a) warn on input keyboard assignment conflicts or b) get rid of the zillion modifier-less keyboard shortfcuts everywhere.

As it stands customizing keyboard input is frustrating to the point of being unusable.

Workaround is to unininstall and find a saner emulator.
