hi,

How can i change the height of the region that causes the tasbar to 
unhide? Currently, the hotspot is higher than the taskbar, thus reducing 
usable screen space, instead of increasing it. I'd like to make the 
hotspot for unhiding the taskbar just a thin strip along the bottom of 
the screen.
