Battery plugin with most simple configuration

Plugin {
    type = battery
}

does not work. Probably reading battery info has changed as it expects (probably old) APM interface.

Command line tools (acpi) work as expected.

    Please note the patch below, which provides parser of /sys/class/power_supply and updates fbpanel accordingly (power_supply.h/c).

    Patch updated to add support for older 3.x kernels.

      Hi Bubak, thanks for the patch, I have to work out to installed it because patch command did not work straight forward, but finally I got it.
      I send the patch to a site manualinux.eu to publish, I got instructions for to compile fbpanel with the patch I could not do it without that, I try many time without success, even without the patch.
      I told to the guy that run the site that the patch is yours. I hope you do not get upset for that
      thanks again.

        Hi, no problem.

        Pitty that I cannot get authorization from the author or fork the project,
        as fbpanel is vital for my openbox experience.

        Hopefully the patch will get mainstream someday, or at least help you. I
        can send you latest amd64 binary debian package (debian unstable) build
        with it, if you prefer.

        Best Regards,
        Martin (aka Bubak)
