#309 Number literals: allow C-like syntax

Hello! What about C/C++ style syntax for numeric literals, for example 0x12ef, 0b1001111011?
IMHO, it seems to be rather useful.

I think the existing FreeBASIC syntax is already very close to that:
&h12ef, &b1001111011.
