#8 Misc. bugs+bugfixes FB01SEv2.11src

I have attached a patch against FB01v2.11src with this bugreport that now fixes many things, some (but not all) are already merged in SVN version FB01v2.xx. (But I can't compile the SVN version for some reason)

The bugs that I found and fixed are:

• Voice Transpose bug fixed properly
• Operator Detune bug fixed properly
• Missing End-Of-eXclusive (0xf7) last byte in SysEx export fixed
• Crash when sending and/or importing sysex > 4096 bytes (Bank) fixed
• some Makefile issues fixed for Linux GCC

What's this "Milestone: v1.0 (example)" thing? How can I edit or remove that?
