#1 Incomplete list of midi inputs/outputs

In the "General" tab the IN and OUT dropdown lists show only 5 items each, which is a problem if the system has more than five midi in or out ports.

    I know it.

    I thought 5 was enough, I am going to fix
    this for an unlimited number of devices.
