Right now it only works on Unix machines, so I hope you have a Linux box handy. I updated the serial library a bit -- do a `git pull' and look in extra/io/serial/unix/unix-tests.factor for how to use it. I don't have a serial port handy, so I hope the code still works after my refactoring of it. If not, can you fix it and contribute a patch?
