[Factor-talk] Oracle binding patch

Hello Slava,

I have completed the first release of the Oracle binding. It's only a subset 
of the Oracle OCI API. It currently implements the same interface as the 
Common Lisp to SQL engine (CLSQL). As I find more time, I will implement 
other parts of the API such as transactions and connection pooling. The 
patch also includes its unit tests in the test.factor file.

Your can pull the patch from my darcs repository at 
http://azteca.dyn-o-saur.com/repos in the libs/oracle folder.

Feel free to change or refactor the code where required. I hope I did not 
miss anything mandatory for darcs.
