I had the same question. I have successfully mounted several 300 GB drives, but ext2fsd doesn't seem to want to mount my 1.5TB external drive. When I try to assign a drive letter, it refuses; there is no error message, it just simply ignores my drive letter selection. This 1.5TB drive has an inode size of 256, by the way, but my understanding is that this should matter with version of ext2fsd that I am using (0.46a).
If anyone has details about the largest mountable drive, do tell. Thanks.
