BSOD on opening of .exe on ext2 partition (sptd.sys?)
A Linux ext2/ext3 file system driver for Windows
Brought to you by:

When I open .exe files located on an ext2 partition, I
immediately get a BSOD related to
\system32\drivers\sptd.sys, even though I renamed this
file so that it no longer exists, but it still
references it. Apparently this is a driver for Daemon
Tools, which is not currently installed, though it may
have been at one point. Never had this BSOD prior to
installing ext2fsd.

Update:
I don't seem to be having this problem anymore, I renamed
the file on my 64-bit windows installation also so it does
not exist anywhere on my computer, and .exe files are
executing without error.

I'd like to point out, I've never installed Daemon Tools in
64-bit Windows.

I experienced the same issue. I do have daemon tools
installed on my windows 2000 pro computer.

Had a try 0.30 with Daemon tools, and other antivirus filters.
