#141 Ext2 Volume Manager (Ext2Mgr) splash screen doesn't close when it should.

Ext2 Volume Manager (Ext2Mgr) splash is always on top, and doesn't close until I exit Ext2Mgr.
This forces me to move the Ext2Mgr window to a side to be able to view it, and blocks viewing of other windows.
It should autoclose after a few seconds, or at least have some way to close it. Like an 'x' in the upper right corner.
It would also be nice if there was an option not to show the splash at all.
The mouse pointer over the splash implies that it's busy.

Workaround: You can get rid of the splash screen by clicking on it and Alt-F4. Subsequent instances of ext2mgr may not start, however.

There is a commandline switch to disable the splash screen (/quiet) but if I use that the main dialog doesn't open. All on Win10-x64.
