#2 Add ARM option for Pretty printer mode

ISO 10303 ARM EXPRESS schemas have initial caps on EXPRESS ENTITY type declaration.
An option to indicate that an EXPRESS file is an ARM schema would be provided so that eengine --pretty can generate the correct capitalization.
