#36 Non-XML schema compare on Win7 x64 aborts with error

When trying to compare to version of the AP242 MIM Longform EXPRESS on Win7 x64 in non-xml mode, the tool aborts with an error message - see attached text file.

The command used was:

eengine --compare -schema1 ap242_is_mim_lf_v1.32.exp -schema2 ap242_is_mim_lf_v1.27.exp

The schemas can be found at

Fixed with eengine-3.100.1-win64, for XML mode and non-XML mode.
