#69 Evernote2Onenote - Error trying to install Win7

I'm trying to run E2O for the first time on my Win7 (64bit) machine and it is giving me an error:
Unhandled exception ..... Method not found: '!!0[] System.Array.Empty()'

I can send you the more detailed error message if needed.

What do I need to do?

A quick search in the open tickets here would have helped:
you have to install the .NET framework 4.6.
