#52 Evernote2Onenote - Fails without error if offline

If Evernote2Onenote cannot connect to the internet (i.e. bad wifi, firewall, etc) it simply "freezes" on "Parsing notes from Evernote" (without timing out and/or showing an error message).

On my first try, I thought the program didn't work at all - but later realized that it was being blocked by my firewall.
