#11 Exception when Importing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Application
2. It shows the Notebooks.
3. Click "Start Import"
4. Interesting thing is that it allowed me to import once but the structure came out bad. So, I removed all the One Note notebooks and tried to import again, which is when this error happened. I wonder if it keeps some sort of state that the notebook has been imported once.
