#62 Explorer scrollbar errors

When you open a "Save as ..."-Dialogue in Windows 7 or Windows 10 and you wish to click one of the vertical scrollbars, Enable Viacam 2.0.1 acts as if "Drag" had been chosen and not the single left click. I experience this most of the time so I guess it's not an occasional hickup.

This behaviour makes browsing drives and folder a real hassle

It happens on Windows 7 X86 and X64 as well as Windows 10. I'm not sure it happened on Windows Vista or XP.
