I'm having a problem with the sound: Dwell click is not making any sound even when the beep on click box is checked… It does beep occasionally but those occasions are extremely rare where it does beep as it is supposed to do. It seems to be working fine in every other respect it is just that there is no sound even when this box is checked.

I use Windows 7.

    UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED!!
Sorry there is no problem with this program, it was some speaker setting that needed readjusting… for more information please read my last post in this particular thread, if anybody is having similar problems they might want to readjust their speaker settings as well (in my last post in this thread I have explained in detail what I did to resolve my issue!!)

    UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED!!

original post: When I click on my computers volume setting in the taskbar & open the mixer, if I have the volume setting for eViacam at practically the same level as my speakers are then I will just barely be able to hear a little regular click but occasionally it will be rather loud (it should be very loud indeed at the volume setting but it isn't) because I've had to push the slider up in order to hear the dwell click sound at all.

    UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED!!

original post: the sound volume is consistently loud with regards to the dwell click when I start playing using my Windows media player but as soon as I stop playing whatever music I'm listening to the sound for the dwell click drops drastically.

    FINAL UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED!!

sorry there is no problem with this program, it was some speaker setting that needed readjusting…

I managed to fix this problem by right clicking on the volume icon in my taskbar then I clicked on sounds which brought up the sound pop-up box and in the playback tab I selected the speakers, when I clicked on the speakers properties under the enhancements tab I made sure that the disable all sound effects checkbox was checked and this has fixed my problem ^_^

thank you from the very bottom of my heart for creating such a wonderful program as this as without this I would not be able to use my computer at all!
