I know I'm late, sorry. Try switching to "Legacy-Mode" in the Advanced-Tab of the Preferences-Panel, It may be tricky to figure out the ideal size of the green "Tracking area"-box. Do it while somebody is around to assist you in case the switch between tracking-methods gives you trouble. I never got used to the automatic face-tracking and I'm glad, legacy-Tracking hasn't been removed.

I registered and installed the SketchUp 2026 Demo and double clicks do work normally for me using Enable Viacam 2.1.0 on Windows 11 Pro (24H2 Build 26100.6899)

Try changing the click duration in the Viacam settings under "Advanced" to approximately 40 ms. I hope this resolves your issue. Please let us know if it worked.

I have been using eViacam (Windows version) for many years with great satisfaction on all previous SketchUp versions. Abraham, it would be great to have a port for macOS. We truly appreciate your support and understand the importance of having similar accessibility tools available on macOS. Unfortunately, we currently don’t have the resources to develop or maintain a macOS version of eViacam. While we recognize the limitations of existing head control options on Apple devices, we hope to revisit this possibility in the future if circumstances allow.

While using this program, i can't manage to click on the game called Dofus since it updated on its 3.0 version using untity. Could you look into your code in order to bypass the ankama anti cheat program which consider the EVIACAM click as an autoclicker and doesn't allow it. I've already contacted their support and they answered me with a negative response saying they consider it as a cheat and won't make an exception for me. I'm using this program for accessibility and this issue is really tiresome....

Enable Viacam needs way more CPU than a hardware mouse. Maybe it helps to set priority of Enable Viacam to Above Normal? Have the freezes happened before?

I think I have managed to answer my own question - I had used a script (found on this forum) to avoid the UAC propmt appearing on start up and this script looks like it messed up the OSK. Well, I haven't experienced something like that on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Have you tried to re-install Enable Viacam? Perhaps switching the OSK may help. Hot Virtual Keyboard has a demo and it is really huge when it comes to customization capabilities.

Hi Anyone experienced issues with MS OSK? EViacam will no longer work when the OSK is open. It works and then appears to stop Dwell click working. I also noticed that the alternative suggested - Click-n-type is no longer supported as the developer has had to stop working on it. They cited multiple issues with Windows updates. I forgot something: try to reduce to line of sight on the built in Webcam of your laptop by simply attaching an empty tube of toilet paper. Make sure that it sees only you.

The box indicates that tracking is in legacy mode. You need to switch that off in order to get real tracking as in face tracking. Perhaps it'd be an idea to use an extra webcam? Do you have an Iphone X or newer? With the app "Camo" you can use that one as webcam. Lowest resolution of 144p is good enough . It works really good with Enable Viacam.

I have not been able to use configuration wizard because my webcam (integrated) will not track me. Every time somebody attends to me (I am physically disabled from the neck down) eviacam follows their movements and I have to get someone to physically drag the blue box so it's on my face again and then I am able to drag the box lines myself. Can somebody please help me, is there some software on my windows 11 laptop that is stopping eviacam from tracking me? I never had this problem on my old laptop...

I've recently installed Rustdesk (locally on my NAS) and the Rustdesk app's option keys are, unfortunately, behind the eViacam bar across the top of the screen - which necessitates opening eViacam's settings to UNCHECK "Show Click Window" in order to utilize the Rustdesk app buttons. UPDATE to my previous comment: I am able to move the Rustdesk app screen to access its app buttons. So, this is no longer an issue for me.
