When the optimize configuration is true and an earlier version than 3.9 of the AmigaOS system the icons rendered by NewIcons and AmiDock window have graphical distortions. Other elements of the system behave correctly, including icons which are not rendered by NewIcons.
See attached image.

The exact version of the system components are unknown, the test system is a mixture of various versions of AmigaOS.

This bug seems to be related to [#45].
