#45 ResetWB menu background in WB 3.1 is wrong when optimize is on

When the optimize configuration is true then ResetWB menu background is rendered wrong while running Wb3.1 bundled with AmigaOS4.1. See attached image.

When other OS version component combinations (or potentially together with 3rd party extensions to the OS) are running together with WB 3.1 then all WB menu backgrounds are rendered incorrectly similarly to ResetWB.

This bug is depending on the memory consumption for the graphical rendering probably.
