Sorry.. not much available in example scripts.  Mostly I've been trying to
fix bugs with the basic app.  If you build a script feel free to send it
to me, I'll put it on the download page.

Using PHP to drive ETC is pretty striaghtforward.. but does take some
creativity.  Look at the demo.php script on the download page for basic
ideas.  Someone suggested I handle server side image maps, and I like the
idea enough I'm going to include it next release (if I can get it
working)... Server side maps would eliminate a lot of need for PHP.
