[etc-users] More in-depth info on ETC project

Hi,
I am looking for more specific in-depth information on the ETC project,
specifically relating to the PHP server side.  Is this a "standard" PHP
install with static pages or is there a bunch of server side code that has
been implemented to allow the Citadel units to work.  Also how did you
"connect" the server pages out to external systems?

Examples would be greatly appreciated!
