#5 installation simplification
right,
something I have noticed is that when you install the
esftp plugin, you drop the contents of the zip file
archive into the eclipse/plugins directory, but when
you install the lib, you have to drop the contents of
that zip file into the esftp plugin directory.
this has caused a few emails with confused people
asking why the plugin doesnt work anymore.
so the result would be to make both zip files archives
drop straight into the eclipse/plugins directory,
therefore making installation the same for both of them.
this I think would simplify things greatly.

I decided to give up on the split esftp esftp-lib distribution method, because it was causing too many support requests from people who never bothered to read the readme file inside the main esftp distribution file.
So, from esftp 1.1.0, you'll find a single file which contains everything you need.
