"Test Settings" is successful, confirmed via console.

Doing a Get/Put action shows that the
ConfigurationLoader object seems like its not getting
passed saved settings, or defaults are steamrolling them.

It results in this debug output:
---------------------------------------------------
PropertyStore::debug()

port=0
timeout= 0
Username=
Password=
Save Password=false
Recurse Subdirectories=false
Create Empty Directories=false

    that is weird, hmmm, *IF* I get time over the weekend, I'll
    put out a 1.0.8-debug version and it'll have all the
    debugging information I can put into it for you, then maybe
    you can send me another copy of the results?

    Sorry about my delayed response, I have so many things on my
    plate, I'm surprised I got time to read my email, nevermind
    reply to them.

    in esftp 1.1.1 the preferences system has been totally replaced with a new one which fixes many difference problems with the original, so if you return in a week and see if it's downloadable, you can tell me whether this release fixes the problem or not.
