#2 Link in ticket-retrieval-email

Hi,

as long as the script does not work on a
username/passwort-system-basis the ticket-details in
the ticket-retrieval-email sent out by the system
should contain links to the single entries.

Thanks for that feature suggestion, it will be implemented
in the next release (1.1).
