Epix Power Support / News: Recent posts

A lot of hard work and effort have gone into the making and it is now done. Epix Power Support 1.0 Final is now out. All known bugs have been fixed and this is the first stable release which can be put to use.

If any more bugs are found or minor changes need to made, there will be a minor updating process under development side-by-side whilst the development process for version 1.1 begins.

Epix Power Support, a simple yet efficient and customizable Customer Support system launched its first BETA release on April 10th, 2006.

The project was started in March 2006 with the aim of making a Customer Helpdesk system for online businesses using the concept of Support Tickets which is simple to use and manage as well as easy to customize according to user's personal needs and to integrate into the user's website.
