This feature would make Epix Power Support the perfect
solution for me. I've looked at a bunch of ticket systems
and all I need is something simple like this. The only thing
missing that I can tell is the ability for an admin to
re-assign a ticket to a different department.

What happens if someone submits a ticket to the wrong
department? As it is now, that ticket will be mis-labeled
for its lifetime, affecting all reports and history for
tickets of two departments (the wrong one and the correct one).
