How about something in olc, to be able to create new
spells while online, and without having to go in and
code it, that way maybe imm's without shell access
could write new spells or skills for that matter.
Plus also if that was available, a old skill or spell
could be made weaker or stronger.
Hey and why not a way to add and edit races and classes
while online, too.
