#122 Exp for being poisoned or plagued

If a character is affected by poison or plague, they
will get exp of each time the mud ticks.

This is because poison and plague use ch and victim the
same when doing damage.

Corollary to this:

If you die from poison, you get credit for a pk kill, and a
pk death, and if the morgue is turned on your body does not
end up in the morgue because it was a pk.
