This is my configuration:
- Eclipse 3.6.2
- Eclipse CC plugin 2.3.4
- ClearCase 7.1.2.8
- Snaphot view
- Windows 7 64b

If I disable "Prompt for comment on checkin" in the preferences page I still have a window that opens and asks for comment on every checkin.
