when I select the "Compare with Predecessor" while using Beyond Compare, I get a File not found on the left side of BeyondCompare.
File Not Found (C:\dev\views\sbauer\code\Product1\src\ioengine\DiskManager\dmConfig.h@@\main\r08\r08.05\r08.05.20\sbauer_CQ00308540\0)

BeyondCompare might not be smart enough to handle clearcase?
Not sure if it makes a difference, but this is in Windows.

There could be a problem with that the file is not in the view since it is not loaded.
I will check and see if I can make a wo for that.

It's not fixed yet.. I'm still getting "File Not Found" for the predecessor version.

Hi,

I spent some time yesterday evening and I think I found the source of the problem.
The file that you compare with is not in snapshot view. So I will make a temporary file that can be used to compare in snapshot view ( but I am not sure the path will be correct).
