I checked out a file without a checkout comment. After doing changes I checked in the file. I added a checkin comment in the dialog but the comemnt is lost in the version histroy.

The console output was:

Executing cleartool command:
ci -nwa -nc -pti <filename>
Checked in <filename>
<filename> version "\main\191".
--> finished, exit status 0, duration: 5475ms

Happend with eclipse Juno (20120614-1722) and Eclipse ClearCaseIntegration 2.2.22.201209141534

Thanks for any help - and for providing the plugin!

    Thanks for using plugin. The good log show that -nc is sent and that should not be the case. I will have a look at it.

    Will be in release 2.2.23. Fixed also that if you remove a file from list ( of selected checkins) it was not removed.
