#44 No midi if score goes to a second page?

I recently found that I couldn't play my ABC file within EasyABC, and it wouldn't export a .mid file. When I checked it appeared to be because the score went on to a second page. If I removed enough of the ABC text for it not to go to a second page the file played. (If necessary I can attach a file, but if it's as I suspect it should be easy enough to replicate.)
