Very little initial setup work required to make a Team Document System live, within minutes. 2. This system should keep running for Years, without requiring any further Updates / Breakages.
New Points:
1. If needed, change the utf8 line below, to match your language charset, in the corresponding php files, in the htdocs folder:

Features
- In its Default Configuration, nearly 1,000 Teams can work Parallely, documenting everything that they do, with a very easy to use interface.
- The speed & accessability of this virtual machine, will only depend on your Host Machine / Server & its Network Speed.
- Unlimited Number of Documents, Categories, Records, Versions etc.
- Category Names can include sub, sub-sub names with a / ( slash seperator )
- Subject Names can have Version Numbers, Tags like Solved etc.
- Every Field is Filterable, Searchable, Sortable as well.
- Quick Search & Detailed Filter Builder is also available.
- Export & Print Facilities are also available.
- File Upload, Image Upload, Audio Upload, Video Upload & Video Embed are available as well. The Maximum size of attachments will depend on the php.ini settings.
- Each Team ID is totally independent of the other.
- A small correction in the Video below: Choose a LAN Card Network Adapter Connection in Virtualbox ( Not Wifi ), after connecting your PC to your Router / Switch, with a LAN Cable. If the Router / Switch has a DHCP Server enabled inside, then the Virtual Machine, will be able to obtain an IP Address from it, quickly.
