Any thoughts? Okay, you're getting tx hangs, it sounds like you got the 7.3.15tdhdump driver running, but it made no difference right? What does your dmesg show after getting some hangs? This "dump" driver you're running should output a ton of stuff if the NIC hangs. You can see how many you've gotten with ethtool -S You may need to do dmesg -s99999 > file after getting a tx hang because the dump is huge. Did you mention which motherboard you're using (model and p/n if you have it), and/or dmidecode output would be good. Please make sure you're running the latest bios available.
