This looks like we’re starting with a hardware issue and you’ll have to submit the issue through your factory support (whoever you bought the parts from). I’m just saying this if you want us to look at the design files first.

Also, you’re using unsupported distros and you’ll have to contact them for help. Even if it was a supported distro, you’d need to submit the issue through the distro first as they customize their kernels (including the drivers) and are responsible for their implementation.
