I have attached the log below.

Basically I'm installing the XL710-QDA2 on Ubuntu 16.01.

I have followed the driver installation guide and I got few errors in the
middle, just want to know if i need to install it again or is this is an
issue with my kernel.

moreover I have QSFP-4SFP10G-DAC (1 QSFP to 4 SFP cable) but I don't see
any link and light comes up.

Please guide what did I do wrong.
