Moving to igbvf-2.0.4 doesn't seem to have made any difference.

As for disabling spoof checking, it appears not to be an option in our 
kernel/driver/iproute combination.  (2.6.34 kernel, 3.3.6 igb driver 
from sourceforge)  Is this a problem?  The way I read the datasheet 
spoof checking shouldn't trigger since presumably both VFs have 
registered for the VLAN tag in question--is this right?  In any case, 
I'm not seeing any spoof-related logs coming out on the host.

Any other suggestions?  Do you think upgrading the igb driver would help?
