[E1000-devel] Problem with e1000e 1.6.2 driver on Intel S3000AHV + Intel PRO1000PT dual port server adapter

 Hello,  
  My name is Filip Ivanov and from Intel Live Chat Support gave me your e-mail and told me to explain the problem to you. Our company bought Intel S3000AHV server board , 2 X Intel Pro1000PT dual port server adapter and Intel Quad Xeon. Our main business is High Speed Internet Service provider and we have a lot of traffic to our router (server). Our operating sistem is Linux Slackware with kernel 2.6.37.6-SMP - We need to run MSI-X interrupts on our server we tried but we have no success our sistem is working only ot MSI interrups. Also we compile the e1000e driver with the option -
# make CFLAGS_EXTRA=-DCONFIG_E1000E_SEPARATE_TX_HANDLER to
Enable a Separate Vector for TX but it load like normal e1000e with napi support.
Please Advice
how can I solve this problem with MIS-X interrups and also
make our router (server) more reliable for more troughput traffic. Thanks in advance.
