#50 THotkey_GetHotkey computes the translated key but never returns it

THotkey_GetHotkey in u_dzVclUtils (Delphi 2009 and later) starts with Result := _hk.HotKey, splits it with ShortCutToKey(Result, Key, Shift) and then maps Key between STD_KEYS and EXT_KEYS depending on hkExt. It never builds Result := ShortCut(Key, Shift) afterwards, so the translation has no effect and the function returns _hk.HotKey unchanged.
