This is one of games that dxwnd failed to run in Direct3D mode, but D3DWindower does. I only tried the demo and it was pretty fun:

I used Dxwnd running along with D3DWindower to capture the file D3DWindower.log

Strange, here (Win7) it works very well. I wonder if it is my magic video card that supports TR3 and other games or whatever else. I'll try on XP VM.

Update: XP VM can't start it, neither with, nor without DxWnd!
