Hi! You might remember Dark Fall game made on Macromedia Flash that I was having issue with? It would be cool if you look into another game which I believe is also made on Flash and have troubles with window mode.
The game is "Garage: Bad Dream Adventure".
It is a 1999 game but runs on Windows 7 natively when language for non-Unicode programs is set to japanese (in Win 7 regional and language setting).
I'll try to have a look.
In the meanwhile, since most troubles seems caused by graphic bad scaling / positionng, I presume that you start the game with 0,0 sizing it will display in its native size/resolution (probably 640x480) with this type of problems fixed.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I disabled "Prevent Win Maximize" and enabled "Lock win coordinates", with resolution set to 800x600 it results into this: http://i.imgur.com/7af5vdf.jpg But the game seems to softlock upon the very frist action made after New Game is pressed (or maybe mouse pointer not being active).
If resolution is set to 1280x960: http://i.imgur.com/NNLTlGC.jpg
I guess there is a way to scale textures in games like this.

Tried using Dark Fall eXport file, looks messed up: http://i.imgur.com/4HsNUfY.jpg
