#73 Relative pathes

To exchange dvd-projects it would be nice to have the possibility of relative path names like:
- ..\buttons\frame.xml

or with variables stored by DVDStyler like:
- %applicationpath%\buttons\frame.xml
- %standardpath%\dvd-01.iso

or with environment variables like:
- %APPDATA%\DVDStyler\backgrounds\20_blue.jpg

so you can combine to that:
- %standardpath%\dvd-%DATE%.iso

This is actually a bug and not a feature request.
Background images with simple filenames or relative paths such as ".." are incorrectly evaluated as being in the program directory, not the current directory. It appears that the program may behave correctly for video files but this hasn't been tested end to end.

This prevents, for example, distributing a dvdstyler file with a torrent or multiple people working on the same DVD project on different machines with different project roots.
