#2 Check safe TV area

Hi,

A small suggestion to your nice program.

Unlike computers, most TVs do not show the complete
720x576 (in PAL) pixles. It could be benefitial a check
for buttons or text that are fully or partially outside of a
safe area.

My suggestion is have 40 pixles borders left and right,
and 32 pixels borders top and bottom, to have a
640x512 safe TV are.

I've heard it called the Title Safe area, and some video
programs draw an extra border to depict this space.
